SourceTec software started soon after the Internet became popular in 1997. Located in the capital of Hubei province, Wuhan, China’s third ranked science and technology city, SourceTec specializes in flash video and DVD authoring tools for web developers. We will get into the differences later, but because of a support mixup (see the conclusions section), we ended up reviewing the Free version.
