Why install DVD Player Codec

Without the DVD Player Codec you can still use Sothink DVD EZWorkshop to copy and make DVD movies, burn data CD/DVDs . But if you want to watch DVDs using Sothink Player on PC, you'll need to install the Codec. Here you can check that, after the installation of the DVD Player Codec, the software players available to play DVD movies in Windows2000/ XP are:
