Has the problem been resolved?

Since we need the original file for further checking, we wonder if you might kindly write an email to support@sothinkmedia.com to provide the file related and other information so that we could reproduce the problem.

We greatly appreciate your co-operation and understanding!

If you need further assistance, feel free to let us know.

Have a nice day! :)
