General Settings
Under tab "Settings", there are five general setting items in the Settings panel:

Target Profile:
Click the arrow and select the target profile from the drop down list. There are many options of output format for different iPod/iPhone device needs.

Video dimension:
Click the arrow and select dimension from the drop down list. The default option will be switched according to the profile.
Zoom mode:
Click the item and it appears an arrow for clicking. Then select a zoom mode from the drop down list. There are three options: "Letterbox", "Pan & Scan" and "Stretch".
Video quality:
Click the arrow and select video quality from the drop down list. The default option is "Standard".
Audio quality:
Click the arrow and select audio quality from the drop down list. The default option is "Standard".
Note: If you want to do some advanced setting, you may click tab "Advanced" and go to Advanced settings panel.
