Step 3. Set Profile
Set Target Profile
Go to Settings panel and set target output format. There are various pre-set profiles for all the iPod/iPhone and Apple TV devices' needs. Click the profile combo box and select a profile from the pop-up list.
For example, when you want to convert a video to iPhone format, just select "MPEG-4 Video for iPhone (*.mp4)" under "iPhone Video (*.mp4)".

After selecting target profile, the settings of the output video/audio are automatically specified based on that profile. If you would like to set some video/audio properties for even better quality or other special needs, you may change and re-set the other settings by yourself.
Other Properties Setting
Go to Settings panel to do some general setting.

Click the arrow and select video dimension, zoom mode, video quality and audio quality from the drop down list. If you would like to do some advanced settings, like bit rate and channel, you may go to Advanced Settings panel.
Last Step: Convert Video/Audio >>
