According to our test result, the problem happens to our users who are using IE6.

Please try to solve the problem using one of the following workarounds:

1. Upgrade your Internet Explorer from V6.0 to v7.0 or 8.0(the same error is not found in IE7 and IE8 );

2. If you would like to keep IE6, please open your Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Security > Please uncheck "Do not save encrypted pages to disk"> OK.

Then, please unlock Sothink program using your registration information again.
