To convert videos swf with or without sound it is better you to choose, you select, the format "iPod Movie".

In Frame rate use the number 30 for the image or the letters to be very big. That won't increase the final size of the video. The video is with few mega and excellent image and sound. In size of video you select 240x180.

If you want the video larger or smaller, select in the options that you see in "Size of video". All the other items you don't need to change anything.

I converted a video swf with 2, 08 mega and the video iPod (iPod is format mp4) and the converted video was with only 1, 92 mega.

I still make the video to be smaller, using the program PocketDivXEncoder_0.3.60 that is free.

You can seek that program in the Google to reduce your videos.

Important!

When the video swf is converting looks to use the "finish "in the right moment when finishes the video.

Many videos swf don't have the word END when the video finishes.

If you don't have a lot of attention to click in "finish", the video swf is if repeating without stopping.

How to make small 3GPP2 Videos?

I discovered an excellent option if you want very small videos.

Select 3Gpp2 Video as format to convert your video swf.

In frame rate you select the number 30; in size of video selects 176x144 and in audio format you select AMN_RB.

I converted a video swf with 2, 08 mega and the converted video was with only 910 bytes and with excellent image and sound!

Look at the enclosure, the files, anex. If you don't see well, use zooms in program of pictures.
